Graham’s Great Adventures

Graham is on a journey of self-discovery of the challenges he faces with his mental health. Graham pushes himself to his limits with the aim of raising awareness of PTSD for a charity that is very close to his heart Tri Services and Veterans Support Centre, Charity No: 1159599

In Graham’s own words:

The list of adventures I will be doing originally started out as a list written by myself. To help discover who I am now as my life has had several big changes and document my fight with mental health. The list of things I have always thought of going to do but life rolled on. This is a fully self-funded escapade. So essentially the council estate version of idiot abroad.”

Some of our directors have joined Graham on some of his challenges to support his quest, they are also planning on supporting him at various other challenges in the future.
